Shipping Policy
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders received before 12pm on Friday will be normally dispatched on the same day for delivery on the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders received after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, again using a 2-3 working days delivery service.
Orders received on Monday to Thursday before 12pm, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery on the following 2-3 working day depending on what shipping option you chose.
Please note that weekends, public and bank holidays are not considered to be working days.
Additionally services maybe affected during public and bank holidays.
There might be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
P3Logistics strive to ensure that the courier(s) we use provide a fast and reliable shipping service (usually Royal Mail) for our customers. Our delivery time is generally achievable in most situations. However, on the odd occasion orders arrive later than expected due to external factors, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve the situation.
Orders from Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may be delayed due to customs checks and courier shipping arrangements.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland, Channel Islands . Please note shipping fees may vary including extra carriage charges for addresses outside mainland UK.
The following destinations are considered as outside mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free shipping on all orders above £10 Please note this only applies exclusively to online prices.
How is shipping determined?
Shipping is determined by two factors.
1) The weight and size of your parcel.
2) The number of parcels required to dispatch all the goods.

Can we pick our stock up from your Warehouse?
